Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of identity verification. egroup88 will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing resulting from outstanding verification requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, whether authorised by you or not. egroup88 will never request your password via live chat, email, or SMS. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify egroup88 support immediately and change your password without delay.
Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by egroup88, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for e-wallets and RM 50 for online banking. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. egroup88 does not accept deposits from third-party sources.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. egroup88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts and e-wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during normal operating hours.
All transactions on the egroup88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are borne by the Player.
egroup88 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits at the system level or as applied to individual Accounts for compliance, security, or responsible gaming purposes. Players may set additional personal limits from within their Account settings.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by egroup88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to a Wagering Requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Where a promotion specifies a limit of one claim per household, device, or IP address, egroup88 will enforce this limit at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the egroup88 Platform. Violation of any item in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:
egroup88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) continued operation of the Account poses a compliance, legal, or reputational risk; or (c) the Player's activity is consistent with problem gambling and closure is in the Player's best interest. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a Player breach, egroup88 will return the verified real-money balance to the Player via their registered payment method.
Players may close their egroup88 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
